Neighborhood Family Practice is a health center with a family practice approach. All of our physicians are board certified in family practice. All medical providers see the entire family (unless noted) and work to identify problems negatively impacting the health status of the family as well as the individual. Our doctors, nurse practitioners, nurse midwives and behavioral health therapists provide care that is based on the needs of each person in a respectful, confidential, and caring manner.

She has provided primary care services to adult and pediatric populations managing acute and chronic illnesses.

Stephanie Deuley, DO received her medical degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2018. She completed residency training in 2021 at the Cleveland Clinic Family Medicine Residency in Lakewood, OH. Dr. Deuley started working at the NFP Ridge Community Health Center in August 2021. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages with other interests in women’s health, adolescent care, LGBTQ+ health, global health, and performs osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT). Otherwise, Dr. Deuley enjoys traveling, running, and reading in her spare time.

Prakash Ganesh earned his medical degree from the Medical School for International Health at Ben Gurion University in collaboration with Columbia University located in Beer Sheva, Israel and his master’s in public health from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He has worked on and off at NFP since his residency in 2013 and became a staff physician in 2020. Dr. Ganesh has an interest in HIV care, refugee care and global health and is certified as an American Academy of HIV Medicine Specialist. In his free time he enjoys the spending time with his wife and two daughters hiking and biking.

Joannah is fluent in Spanish and enjoys providing the highest quality, culturally competent nursing care to all of her patients.

Corey Meador, MD received his medical degree from Drexel College of Medicine in Philadelphia. He trained across Pennsylvania, completed his residency at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC)/Trident Hospital, and a fellowship in health and media at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. While in Washington, he worked as a primary care physician, taught medical students at Georgetown and was a journalist for PBS NewsHour. Dr. Meador, who joined NFP in September 2021, enjoys writing, reading and playing sports in his free time.

Dr. Lisa Navracruz joined Neighborhood Family Practice in 2019. She received a bachelor of science degree from Boston College and a medical degree from Stanford University’s School of Medicine. In addition to her experience as a family physician for over 13 years, Dr. Navracruz’s clinical practice has been focused on HIV Primary Care in a FQHC setting. She is certified as an American Academy of HIV Medicine Specialist. Dr. Navracruz is also an assistant professor of family medicine at the Center for Medical Education at Case Western Reserve University.

She has a passion for preventive care. Aleksandra speaks fluent Russian, and in her free time, she enjoys salsa dancing and spending time with her family.

Sandra Sauereisen, MD MPH received her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, her medical degree from Hahnemann University and an MPH from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. She completed her Family Medicine residency in Philadelphia at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Since 1998, she was the Director of Community Medicine and full-time faculty with the UPMC St. Margaret Family Medicine Residency until she moved to Cleveland in 2021 when she joined NFP. Sandy’s passion is caring for marginalized populations to ensure access to dignified, respectful, empathic primary care that promotes self-efficacy and focuses on wellness, not just disease management. She is married, has 3 children and enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family.

Sharita worked on COVID-19 research trials during the pandemic and her interests include acute and chronic health problems. She is especially committed to helping the African American and Hispanic community members receive primary care to get and stay healthy. In her spare time, Sharita enjoys sewing, crafting, listening to live music and spending time with family and friends.

Katy Maistros, midwife, is honored to be working with the family practice providers and fellow nurse midwives at Neighborhood Family Practice. She has been at NFP since 2005 and feels privileged to serve the women of the Near West Side as a Nurse Midwife. Katy grew up in Hicksville. Ohio and graduated from Bowling Green State University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, She was a Peace Corps Volunteer from 1999 to 2001 in Turkmenistan, Central Asia. Katy graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Master’s in Nurse-Midwifery.
She currently lives on the west side of Cleveland with her husband and three sons. Her philosophy of care encourages women to recognize their highest potential for physical, spiritual, and emotional health. Katy’s interests lie in low interventive childbirth, adolescent health, and family planning.

She received her bachelor’s degree from Earlham College in 2010, and graduated from the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing’s Nurse Midwife and Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2020. Nadia’s favorite part of being a midwife is witnessing people learn about themselves, discover their ability to heal and experience their power. In her free time she loves to read, sing, dance, occasionally paint, and spend time with the people she loves.

Irina began working at NFP in March 2022. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages, with interests in pediatrics, women’s health, LQBTQ+ health, and family planning. Irina was born in Mexico and speaks Spanish and French. In her free time, she swims competitively and enjoys hiking with her partner and friends.
