Jean Polster, RN, MS, president and chief executive officer of Neighborhood Family Practice, announced yesterday that effective Monday, May 16, Christine Porter will become the Chief Financial Officer for the Federally Qualified Health Center which has been providing high quality health care services to residents of Cleveland’s near west side neighborhoods for over 35 years.
