The Ann B. Reichsman and Tremont Community Health Centers are Moving!
In March 2026, our Ann B. Reichsman and Tremont Community Health Centers will relocate to a spacious, newly renovated site at 3466 St. Roccos Court in the Clark-Fulton neighborhood. The site is in the Blanket Mills building.
At the new center, our dedicated medical, behavioral health, and midwifery care teams will be ready to welcome you. The space is designed with your comfort and convenience in mind, offering:
- Onsite parking lot
- Accessibility via the 25 and 45 bus lines
- Large community room
