Pumpkin Pie in a Cup

Here’s a treat that’s as easy to make as it is tasty. Pumpkin Pie in a Cup doesn’t require any baking or precise measuring, so young kids can join in the fun.  

1 full graham cracker
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding mix
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie filling
Whipped topping (optional)

Plastic sandwich bag
3 oz. plastic cup or similar

Crush graham cracker in a plastic sandwich bag, pour into cup, press down with spoon. Combine milk, instant vanilla pudding mix and pumpkin pie filling in bag. Combine by hand for 2-3 minutes, until it begins to thicken. Cut corner of baggie, squeeze filling into cup on top of crust. Garnish with whipped topping.  Enjoy!
