When he was 16 years old, Dennis Duck Jr. needed a tetanus shot prior to beginning his junior year of high school. His mom took him to see her physician at NFP. All these years later, Dennis is still a patient at NFP. He’s also an NFP board member. A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), NFP is required to have at least 51% of its board comprised of patients. “As an NFP board member, I’m honored to be involved in making decisions that will allow NFP to continue to improve and grow. And as an NFP patient, I’m thrilled that more people will continue to have access to the quality health care services I’ve been receiving for years,” says Dennis.
