Your gift reduces barriers to accessing high quality, affordable care.
Almost 90,000 people on Cleveland’s west side live in poverty. Many of these individuals rely on Neighborhood Family Practice, where no one is turned away because of their inability to pay, for comprehensive health care. You can provide life-changing health care to individuals experiencing barriers to care.
You can help. Patient stories.
Delicia Figueroa has been a patient since 2007, even following Dr. Kauffman from Treamont Community Health Center to Ridge Community Health Center. The Medicaid coverage NFP helped her obtain gives her peace of mind, knowing she can take care of her family.
When Chad Garven, MD first started working at Neighborhood Family Practice in September 2015, Johnny Meadwell was one of his very first patients. Johnny truly believes Dr. Garven helped save his life by working with him to get his diabetes, and other things, under control.
The Homan's story
When the Homans arrived in Cleveland, they quickly asked about dental services at NFP. The family of six received little dental care after fleeing from their native Zimbabwe. The Homans have now received all the dental care they need ranging from cleanings to x-rays.
Your gift provides services that are not reimbursed through traditional methods such as Medicaid and Medicare, but are vital to ensuring access to care for our community's most in-need families. Your gift removes barriers to care and helps us go the extra mile for patients.
