My Neighborhood Care…Care Centered Around You
Our Health Care Services
Neighborhood Family Practice provides quality, primary health care for people of all ages. Every year, nearly 14,000 patients receive quality health care in our bilingual, multi-cultural office.
New uninsured patients must schedule a visit with a financial counselor before scheduling a doctor visit. Please see Services to the Uninsured and Low Income and call us to make an appointment.
- Co-payments must be paid at the time of service
- Please bring a form of identification to each visit
- If you have an insurance card, please bring it to each visit
It is possible to see a doctor today; we offer same day appointments.
Call our office in the morning to schedule.
