Over 30 years ago, motivated healthcare activists saw the need for neighborhood-based primary health care services on Cleveland's west side. Their vision was to create a medical home for individuals to be treated in the context of their families, at a health center based in their community.

Today, as the cost of providing health care continues to increase, the cost of a visit for one patient at Neighborhood Family Practice is just $107. To continue our high quality care at such a low cost, we need the support of individuals like you.  Your financial contribution affirms the commitment made over 30 years ago when Neighborhood Family Practice opened its doors: to provide high quality care, regardless of a person's ability to pay.
