Neighborhood Family Practice will celebrate its 30th Anniversary on August 28th and we want you to be part of the ¡Fiesta!

Neighborhood Renegade ¡Fiesta! is a Latin-themed event that will take place from 7 pm to 11 pm at NFP’s newly expanded space on Cleveland’s West Side. Guests will enjoy Latin food, beer, wine and a variety of entertainment, including Sammy DeLeon y Su Orquesta (salsa music), dancing, and a fabulous silent auction.  

Tickets are available for $50 per individual, $80 per couple and $100 for a Patron Ticket (includes a listing in the program).

Over 30 years ago, motivated health care activists saw the need for neighborhood-based primary health care services on Cleveland's west side. Their vision was to create a medical home for individuals to be treated in the context of their families, at a health center based in their community.
